For LockMyCal to watch your availability, it has needed a calendar so far: Google, Outlook, iCloud or your own CalDAV server. But what if you don't want your diary at a big American company and don't want to run a server yourself? For these cases we're introducing Pro+: a Pro subscription with the hosted calendar add-on.
A calendar that belongs with LockMyCal
We host your calendar ourselves, on servers in the EU. You don't need any other account for it. It is connected to your bookings from the first minute: new bookings are written to it, and events you add to it block free slots on your booking page.
On the web, you use it right in the Calendar on your LockMyCal dashboard. Because it is a standard CalDAV calendar, you can also connect it to the apps you already know:
- Apple Calendar on iPhone, iPad and Mac,
- Android through the DAVx⁵ app,
- Thunderbird,
- Outlook for Windows through the free CalDav Synchronizer add-in.
How to get started
- In the Subscription section, add the Hosted calendar add-on to Pro. When subscribing to Pro, just switch on + Hosted calendar.
- In Integrations → Calendars, click Create my calendar.
- Save the server address, username and password shown, and enter them in the apps where you want to use the calendar.

What it costs
The add-on costs €2 / CZK 50 / $3 per month, ten times that with annual billing. It is billed together with your Pro subscription, and for the rest of the current period you pay only the prorated amount.
What if you cancel the add-on
You can remove the add-on at any time, and the unused part of the period is credited to your next invoice. Access to the calendar is paused, but we don't delete your events. When you add the add-on again, you get the calendar back with everything that was in it. Only you can delete it: by deleting its connection or your whole account.
