Can I try LockMyCal Pro for free without a payment card?
Yes. You start the trial in the app in the Subscription section – for 14 days you get all Pro features for free and without a payment card. The trial can be used once per account.
How does receiving payments via Stripe work?
In Integrations → Payments you connect your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. You then set a price for selected meeting types. LockMyCal takes no additional percentage of your revenue – you pay only the standard fees of the Stripe payment gateway.
How does the custom URL of the profile and meetings work?
In the profile settings you choose your own readable URL instead of a system-generated name. Likewise, you can set your own readable link for individual meeting types.
How do the automations to Slack, Telegram and webhooks work?
In the integration settings you connect your Slack or Telegram and LockMyCal sends them instant alerts about new, cancelled and rescheduled meetings and about approval requests (declined and expired ones too). You can also connect token-secured webhooks to automation platforms such as n8n or Make.
What is Pro+?
Pro+ is a Pro subscription with the Hosted calendar add-on for €2 / CZK 50 / $3 per month (ten times that per year). You get an independent calendar hosted in the EU that you use in Outlook, Apple Calendar, Android and on the web and that is connected to your bookings automatically – you need no Google or Microsoft account. You add the add-on when ordering Pro or later in the Subscription section; after you remove it, your events are kept.
Can I cancel or change my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription or switch to another plan at any time without penalties, directly in the account management. The account stays active until the end of the prepaid period and then safely switches to the free Free plan without losing history. Calendars over the Free limit (2) are paused and the custom username and the meeting type links revert to the default. Group meeting types are paused: they disappear from the booking page and take no new participants, while existing bookings stay.
