How does the free 14-day trial work?
You start the trial with one click in the app in the Subscription section – for 14 days you get all the features of the Pro plan for free and without a payment card. The trial can be used once per account. If you do not add a payment method by its end, the account switches to the Free plan; your meetings are kept.
How many calendars can I connect?
Up to 2 on the Free plan, up to 6 on the Pro plan. Paused calendars count too. When Pro ends, calendars over the Free limit are paused automatically (the primary and the oldest stay active) and the custom username and the custom meeting type links revert to the default. When you run it on your own server, no limit applies.
What is Pro+ and your own calendar?
Pro+ is a Pro subscription with the Hosted calendar add-on – an independent calendar that we host in the EU instead of Google or Microsoft. You use it in Outlook, Apple Calendar, Android, Thunderbird and right in LockMyCal, and it is connected to your bookings automatically. The add-on costs €2 / CZK 50 / $3 per month (ten times that per year), you add it when ordering Pro or any time later in the Subscription section, and you can remove it at any time. It cannot be added during the Pro trial.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or cancel your plan at any time directly in your profile settings. If you cancel, Pro features stay active until the end of the already prepaid billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all common payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through the secure Stripe payment gateway. For the Enterprise plan we offer individually agreed invoicing under a contract.
How does running LockMyCal on your own server (Docker) work?
LockMyCal is an open-source core that you can run for free and forever on your own server or NAS via Docker — with no limit on the number of calendars, meeting types or users. The Free and Pro cloud plans described above apply to our managed version at lockmycal.app; the Enterprise plan is a complete managed cloud solution where we take over the operation and management of the infrastructure for you.
