LockMyCal is crafted and maintained as an open-source project built on Elixir/Phoenix, aiming to deliver a simple booking system that respects your time. Development is open to the community.
Are you also tired of exchanging eight emails just for a single half-hour meeting? I searched for a long time for a solution that would be simple, accessible and without needless complexity. None suited me – and that is why I built LockMyCal.
A calendar that won't be dictated to by anyone else • 100% Privacy & Zero Tracking
Because arranging meetings should save time, keep bookings firmly under your control and protect privacy without third-party trackers.
It all started with the search for a booking system for our own projects. We wanted just one thing: to send a link, let the client choose a slot without obstacles, and be sure that no chaos or overlaps arise in the diary. But we found that the current market offers either expensive subscriptions or overly complex tools.
We told ourselves that it must be possible to do it differently – honestly, with clean code, without compromises on privacy and with absolute control over your own time. And that is why LockMyCal was created.
You'll save hours every week. The client chooses a free slot in 10 seconds with 2 clicks. No registration, no friction and with instant two-way synchronization of your calendar.
Intelligent buffers before and after meetings, daily caps and protection against overlaps. Your diary follows your rules and the data stays exclusively with you.
Competitors push trackers and foreign logos onto clients. LockMyCal respects your identity: a clean white-label without foreign branding and zero tracking cookies.
We believe in openness and transparency. LockMyCal builds on the proven and clean code of the project Tymeslot.app, which thrilled us with its straightforward architecture and speed.
We took the best of its DNA - a quick onboarding, a lightning-fast booking flow and a modern minimalist visual style - and moved it to the level we had long been looking for, with clarity and ease of use, advanced rules for managing our capacity and a large number of integrations. We've added features that we want to use ourselves, but that don't fit into the original context of the project.
“Your meetings. Your brand. Your rules. Meeting planning should be a reflection of your brand: it should align perfectly with your identity and work reliably, without unnecessary complications or hidden fees.”

View plansFrom the initial search for a suitable solution that would fully meet the needs inside our company, through rejecting advertising trackers and open source code, to a full-featured self-hosted booking system.
We are looking for a suitable solution for booking events directly in our calendar without sharing it fully. We try the available alternatives, but none of them satisfies us.
We took over the open source code of Tymeslot.app and renamed the project LockMyCal. The goal was clear: simple deployment on your own infrastructure via Docker. Out of the box it meets most of the requirements.
We added to the code the extensions that were required internally.
We reached satisfaction with the functionality and are releasing the first public version.
We've fixed the bugs in the first version and are adding new features.
