How is the price calculated and what does the price include?
The price of the Enterprise plan is set by an individual offer according to the scope of cooperation and the required level of support. It includes the complete dedicated cloud infrastructure, management, updates, backups, monitoring and technical support during rollout.
What about data protection and GDPR?
We process data in line with GDPR, and a data processing agreement (DPA) is available. We will discuss the specific location of the infrastructure and any further compliance requirements individually according to the needs of your organization.
What features are available in the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise is a complete managed cloud solution without the limits of the regular cloud plans. We will discuss specific requirements for features and integrations individually when preparing the offer.
Can we move from the cloud to our own self-hosted server in the future?
Yes. LockMyCal is built on an open open-source core without vendor lock-in. When the cooperation ends, we will provide you with a data export for migration to your own infrastructure.
How does the deployment of the instance work?
After the offer is approved, we will agree together on the launch date and an onboarding call with our team for connecting calendars and other integrations.
