  2. Define your meeting types. For example, a free 15-min Intro Call and a paid 60-min Deep Dive Consultation. Configure duration, locations, slot start intervals, booking caps, and custom questions.
  3. Configure availability. Weekly working hours with breaks, buffer times between calls, minimum notice periods, vacation days, or daily meeting duration limits.

Then share your branded booking link — clients select convenient times in their own timezone, and the meeting lands directly on your calendar.
